KASARAGOD: A youth was killed and another injured when a private bus hit their motorbike at Uliyathadukka on the Kasaragod-Seethamgoli route on Saturday night. The victim is K. Jyothis Kumar, 19, of Uliyathadukka. Sarfraz, a resident of Thayalangadi, who was riding pillion, has been seriously injured. He has been admitted to a hospital at Thalangara. — Staff Reporter
