Ambedkar awards distributed

CHENNAI: On behalf of the All India Cultural Academy, Ambedkar awards were distributed by T.N.Vallinayagam, former judge, Madras High Court, to people who had excelled in their fields.

Mr. Vallinayagam said such awards would encourage people to serve society. R.C. Paul Kanakaraj, president of the Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Bar Federation, praised the social service being rendered by the academy. — Special Correspondent
