Delhi Metro to observe National Consumers Day

Staff Reporter

Special arrangements for submission of grievances

NEW DELHI: To mark National Consumers Day, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has made special arrangements for commuters to submit their suggestions and grievances to the station staff at customer care centres at Rajiv Chowk and Kashmere Gate metro stations here on Monday.

In addition, Delhi Metro officials would be available between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. at these centres to address the grievances and complaints of commuters. Public grievances and suggestions can also be submitted at the centres of all the metro stations through complaint books and registers. The replies to such complaints are immediately addressed by the Station Managers concerned on a regular basis.

The metro receives around 600 complaints, suggestions and appreciations in a month. The official website of the Delhi metro also has a feedback section where suggestions and complaints can be posted by commuters.
