Caution against certain drugs

BANGALORE: The Drugs Testing Laboratory, Bangalore, has said that the following drugs are “not of standard quality” and has warned the chemists, wholesalers, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes not to stock, sell or use these drugs, according to a press release.

They are Vitaplex Forte C tablet (batch no 12006, 11706) and Vitaplex Forte tablet (batch no 2206) manufactured by Endo Labs Ltd.; Paantoprazole tablets (PANTIL-40) (batch VPT-6001) by Versatil Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.; Cyanocobalmin injection (B12) (batch no 2450) by Impha Generics; MBPLEX (Vitamin B Complex injection) (batch BP-44) by Martin and Brown Pharmaceuticals; Pantoprazole (B-Porozole) (batch no CSMBE 6001) by Chimak Health Care and Lomozox (Furazelidone Tablets IP) (batch OT-159) by Onida Pharmaceuticals, Ghaziabad (U.P.).
