School dropout arrested

NEW DELHI: A 17-year-old school dropout has been arrested at Shakti Nagar here on charges of auto-theft. Two stolen motorcycles have allegedly been recovered.

Acting on a tip-off, a police team laid a trap near a Government Senior Secondary School in the evening and arrested him. During interrogation, the accused purportedly confessed to having stolen two-wheelers for riding and to make easy money. He did not get the due attention at his house and thus took to crime, the police said.
