Eshwarappa confident of BJP coming to power

BANGALORE: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader K.S. Eshwarappa on Sunday expressed the confidence of the BJP coming to power in the State. Speaking to the presspersons on the sidelines of the function held by the Karnataka Pradesh Kurubara Sangha here, Mr. Eshwarappa said the Gujarat win was an indication that the BJP wave was sweeping the country.
Mr. Eshwarappa said that the Congress was trying to defer the elections to the Legislative Assembly. It will get a “rude awakening” when the BJP swings back to power on its own strength, he said.
