Thomson forms alliance with U.S. firm

BANGALORE: French technology provider to media and entertainment clients worldwide, Thomson, through its Technicolour Services Division has formed a strategic alliance with DreamWorld Animation of the U.S., to develop advanced animation capabilities in India. Thomson will leverage its recent investment in Paprikas Animation Studio, Bangalore, which has Asia’s first digital content facility for animation. — Special Correspondent
