Welcoming the New Year

The city is gearing up for the New Year celebrations. Hotels, restaurants and sea-side resorts have hired local bands and put up dance floors to woo revellers. Many parties have converted their roof tops into party arenas. Some hotels are holding exotic theme parties. Hotels have hired magicians, television stars and singers to enliven the events.
