HYDERABAD: Centuries by D.G.J. Chaitanya (107 not out) for Vijaya Paul Cricket Academy in the under-11 category and Manoj Kumar (164 not out) for St. Peter’s in the under-15 category were the highlights of the day’s matches in the Santa Cup age group cricket tournament organised by VPCA here on Tuesday.

The scores: Under-11: VPCA 233 for four (D.G.J. Chaitanya 107 not out, Anirudh 33 not out) bt Aurangabad 126 (Parth Patel 44 not out).

St. John’s 201 for six (Mervin 55 not out, Bhagat 52, Hrishi three for 35) bt Daniel CA 183 for seven (Manish 55).

Under-13: VPCA 185 for three (Sandeep Goud 71 not out) bt St. Peter’s 182 for six (Jayasurya 61, Vishuk 51, Sandeep Goud five for 35).

St. John’s 217 for eight (Aman Sharma 93 not out, Krish Kalyan 40 not out, Lokesh three for 15) bt ICFAI 67 (Prashant five for 12, Pranav three for 16).

Under-15: St. Joseph’s 108 for four (Karthik 36 not out) lost to VPCA 109 for three (Surya Teja 66).

St. Peter’s 301 for three (Manoj Kumar 164 not out, Dasarath Reddy 70, Akram 31) bt Aurangabad 146 for seven (Akram four for 22).

Arshad CA 205 for seven (G. Saksham 47, Md. Ali 46) bt ICFAI (Nadeem 37, Jashwant 33).

St. John’s 227 for five (Vinay Rao 72, Saket 48, Chaitanya Krishna 42) bt Denzil CA 155 for nine (Santosh 74, Himalaya 45, Chaitanya Krishna four for 20).
