Young couple injured in accident

NEW DELHI: A young couple sustained serious injuries in a road accident at Sangam Vihar here on Monday.

According to the police, Saket (30) and his wife Shristi (27) were riding a motorcycle when a speeding truck hit them from behind on Mehrauli-Badarpur Road around 11 p.m. Both were taken to Batra Hospital where the condition of Saket was described as serious. The two are residents of Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh.
