Spanco makes foray into domestic BPO space

MUMBAI: Telecom system integration company Spanco Telesystems and Solutions, Mumbai, has made a foray into the domestic business process outsourcing (BPO) segment with an initial investment of Rs. 400 crore. Known as Spanco BPO, the new venture has set up two flagship customer support centres in Gurgaon and Mumbai to provide back-office services to domestic clients, the company said in a release.
