Expo for entrepreneurs

Staff Reporter

Thiruvananthapuram: The State Department of Commerce and Industries and the State Small-scale Industries’ Association’s district unit are jointly organising an exhibition from December 27 to 30 at St. Joseph’s school auditorium.

Several novel products and services will be featured in the exhibition and over 100 stalls will be put up. The organisers have arranged vendor registration facilities for many public and private sector industries to search for innovative products from among the small- and medium-level industrial units which are taking part in the exhibition. Those who want to introduce new products, start a new enterprise, or market new ideas can use this opportunity to seek out suitable investors. Several seminars and workshops, which will focus on aspects of entrepreneurship, its challenges and rewards, have also been arranged .
