PUDUCHERRY: The government has decided to issue Permanent Integrated Certificates (PIC) to all eligible persons belonging to the Scheduled Caste. The certificates would have relevant information such as nationality, caste, residence and income along with the colour photo of the applicant, a release from Collector cum Additional Secretary (Revenue) G. Theva Neethi Dhas said.
