Complaint against Yeddyurappa
Staff Reporter
BANGALORE: President of the Akhila Bharata Vokkaligara Mahasabha V. Anjanappa has lodged a compliant against the former Chief Minister, B.S. Yeddyurappa, the former Minister, B. Sriramulu, and the BJP member, Janardhana Reddy, for defaming Gowda [Vokkaliga] community.
In a complaint filed at the Peenya Police Station here, Mr. Anjanappa said all the three leaders had made derogatory remarks against the former Prime Minister, H.D. Deve Gowda, and his sons, H.D. Kumaraswamy and H.D. Revanna. Making such comments against leaders of the Gowda [Vokkaliga] community, which is a backward class, had hurt the sentiments of the community, he said.
