Tumour removed

SIRSI: A team of four doctors at the TSS Ultra Mega Hospital here have removed a tumour weighing 1.1 kg developed in the lower jaw of 10-year-old girl after a four-hour surgery. Shrimati Raju Arkachari of Hangal who underwent the operation, had developed a tumour in the lower jaw bone. Now the girl is recovering. The team of doctors included plastic surgeon Narayan Hegde, ENT specialist Dattatri, Kishore Pawar and Manjunath Bhat.
