Pinarayi flays Orissa violence

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala CPI(M) secretary Pinarayi Vijayan has asked the Orissa government and the Centre to come forward to discharge their constitutional obligation to protect the life, property and freedom of worship of the minorities in Orissa..

In a statement here on Thursday, Mr. Vijayan asked the secularists of Kerala to mobilise public opinion to force the Centre and Orissa to discharge their constitutional duties. He described the developments as shameful.
