Dubai: An Indian has been allegedly shot in the eye with a toy pistol by two Kuwaiti youth. “The youth stopped the Indian for asking directions to a house and shot him in the eye with a toy pistol,” Kuwaiti police was quoted as saying by Al Anba daily. The plastic bullet pierced the cornea of the Indian but he managed to note down the licence number of the youngsters’ vehicle and this helped the police in arresting them. — PTI
