University of Kerala B.Tech. examinations: The university has reworked the schedule of the 2003 scheme B.Tech. examinations to the convenience of those writing transitory papers. The new time-table can be accessed on the university web site www.keralauniversity. edu. LLB fees: Applications for the fifth semester LLB examinations (three year) and the ninth semester (five year) examinations beginning January 22 can be submitted without fine till January 5 and with a fine of Rs.50 till January 7. LLB fees: Applications for the third semester LLB examinations (three year) and the seventh semester LLB examinations (five year) beginning February 12 can be submitted without fine till January 7 and with a fine of Rs.50 till January 10. Candidates should pay Rs.200 as centralised valuation camp fee along with the examination fee. Contact classes postponed: Contact classes for the students of the second year MA English course offered by the Institute of Distance Education (IDE) scheduled at the IDE Karyavattom on December 29 and 30 have been postponed. Option form: The last date for submitting option forms for the second year MA English course of the IDE has been extended to January 7. Certificate course: The interview and group discussion for the certificate course in Hindustani music conducted by the Centre for Adult Continuing Education and Extension will be held at 4.30 p.m. on December 28 at the Department of Music. For details, call 0471 2302523. M.Phil results: The results of the M.Phil examinations (2006-07) conducted at the Department of Malayalam have been published. Certificate course: Applications have been invited for admission to the cinema-drama certificate course offered by the Centre for Performing and Visual Arts of the university. Classes will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on working days. Those who have passed the Plus Two examinations and have a taste for the performing arts can apply.
