Breakthrough in house break cases

Coimbatore: Special teams of the Coimbatore City Police arrested Kumar alias Kumara Nadar of Padi, near Chennai, resolving as many as 12 cases of house breaking reported in various police limits of the City. Following frequent incidents of house breaks in suburbs and remote residential localities, the City Police Commissioner, C.K. Gandhirajan and Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime), P. Nagarajan formed special teams.
The teams arrested Kumar Nadar that led to recovery of valuables worth Rs. 4.5 lakh.
Red Cross camp
The Indian Red Cross Society and Bharathiar University will organise the valediction of the Inter-State Youth Red Cross training and study camp on December 31 at 2 p.m. The programme that will be held on the university premises.
