Protests against Jindal

VIZIANAGARAM: Members of A.P. Mahila Samakhya on Friday staged a dharna at the Collectorate demanding scrapping of the agreement entered into with Jindal Aluminium and withdrawal of cases registered against 38 demonstrators, including TDP leader Sobha Hymavathi. Addressing the gathering, samakhya secretary Ganga Bhavani criticised the Government for issuing eviction notices to farmers. They submitted a memorandum to Collector B. Kishore.
