Medical employees to launch agitation

HYDERABAD: The Joint Action Committee of Medical and Health Organisations (JACTO) on Friday announced its agitation programme opposing the proposal to trifurcate the department. In the first phase of the agitation, seminars would be organised in all districts from December 29 to January 12. The employees would undertake a signature campaign from January 2 to 5. The leaders stated that the JACTO would organise mass dharnas on January 21 at the offices of six regional directors in the State, and a ‘Chalo Hyderabad’ rally on January 28. –Special Correspondent
