Arjun scores unbeaten century

KOZHIKODE: M.K. Arjun struck an unbeaten 131 to star in Winstors’s 109-run win over Railview in the Sankar Cement Kozhikode district ‘B’ division cricket league.

The scores: ‘A’ division: Exclusive 221 for seven in 30 overs (Sreekanth 44) bt Eldorado 159 for five in 30 overs (Mithun 40).

‘B’ division: Winsters 319 for five in 34 overs (M.K. Arjun 131 not out, Bapeesh 55) bt Railview 210 in 28 overs (Mahfoos six for 45); NIT-C 141 in 34 overs lost to MCC 142 for five in 19.2 overs.
