Bidar
BIDAR: Unauthorised buildings around the Chaubara in Bidar were demolished on Saturday. Earthmovers were used to pull down structures in a radius of 75 feet. Authorities demolished about 15 houses in the area. Deputy Commissioner Harsh Gupta and Superintendent of Police A. Subramanyeswara Rao were present at the spot. Mr. Gupta told presspersons that road-widening work would be completed before January 20. — Staff Correspondent
