VS to inaugurate government rice mill

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The first Government-owned modern rice mill will be inaugurated by Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan at a function to be presided over by Agriculture Minister Mullakkara Ratnakaran at Alathur on January 1. Electricity Minister A.K. Balan will perform the switch-on ceremony of the mill.
