Origin Infosys’ new plans

CHENNAI: The Chennai based Origin Infosys has initiated several plans with unique business proposition. Detailing the plans, B. Bhaskar, Chief Executive Officer, said the company was looking at a one-stop solution for managing the entire infrastructure of large companies. It has a big team of support staff who do onsite and remote maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure

The company has successfully completed the single largest Tamil Nadu Government school project worth Rs. 80 crore from ELCOT. The project envisaged the implementation of hardware and networking covering more than 2,000 schools.

Origin Infosys is targeting a growth of 30 per cent in revenue at Rs. 200 crore by 2010. The company plans to widen its activities in North and West by the end of next year. It has concluded an alliance with branded hardware and software companies.

Some of the main clients are: AIG System Solutions, Ajuba Solutions India, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Ma Fai Consulting Solutions, Sify, Sutherland Global Services, Wipro BPO and Microsoft.
