Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Saturday congratulated the BJP High Command and its Himachal Pradesh unit on their resounding victory in the just concluded Vidhan Sabha elections. In a message to the BJP High Command including Rajnath Singh, Atal Behari Vajpayee, Lal Krishan Advani and Prem Kumar Dhumal, Mr. Badal described the poll results as people’s verdict in favour of the NDA policies and a rejection of the Congress misgovernance in Himachal Pradesh. It is also a part of the winds of change blowing in the country at the moment, said the Chief Minister.
