11-kg RDX recovered

Sonebhadra: In a joint operation, the Uttar Pradesh Police and the CRPF on Saturday recovered 11 kg of RDX, four bombs, 176 gelantine sticks and other explosives from a forest area here.

Naxal literature was also seized during the operation in Khodaula area in Sonebhadra district of Uttar Pradesh, SP Ram Kumar said.

Lethal RDX weighing 11 kgs, four bombs, 176 gelantine sticks and ten bundles of wire were recovered during searches in the area bordering Bihar, he said. PTI
