A New Year bash with the blind

NEW DELHI: The Delhi University Students’ Union has decided to celebrate New Year’s Eve with the blind students of the University. A function will be held in Arts Faculty on the North Campus at 6 p.m. on Sunday.

There will be a special performance by a band comprising visually challenged students. Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president J.P. Agarwal will be the chief guest.
