Monthly returns

PUDUCHERRY: Employees of industries and other business establishments, who are covered under the Employment Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952, have been requested to comply with certain procedures, including payment of provident fund dues on or before 15th of every month, according to a press release from the EPF sub-regional office, Puducherry.

The release said they should also submit the monthly returns (form 12A and 5, form 10 and triplicate copy of challan) by 25th of every month.

They should submit the annual return (form 3A and form 6A) by April every year.The remittances towards the payment of PF dues should be made at the SBI branches in Puducherry and Karaikal .
