Minister’s complaint
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister for Forest Benoy Viswom has complained to Chairman of Air India Thulasidas against the casual manner in which the airline treated the passengers from Kerala. In a letter he sent to the Chairman on Saturday, the Minister described the carriers behaviour as “inhuman.” The flights to Dubai and Riyadh were cancelled on Friday. The passengers had to wait in the Thiruvananthapuram airport for over 24 hours. He was able to see their difficulties when he landed from Kozhikode at night.
