Mountaineering expedition flagged off

NEW DELHI: A pre-Mount Everest expedition of Indo-Tibetan Border Police personnel to Stock Kangri was flagged-in here this past week by ITBP Director General V. K. Joshi.

The expedition provided an exposure to extreme mountaineering conditions to the ITBP team. Speaking on the occasion, General Joshi said: “This will go a long way in making next year’s Indian Mountaineering and Skiing Expedition a success.”
