Plan to post employees in Ariyalur

ARIYALUR: After the carving out of Ariyalur district out of Perambalur district on November 23, the district administration has turned its attention to forming full-fledged departments in the district by creation of new posts and posting employees.

Collector V. M. Xavier Chrisso Nayagam has sent a communication to the heads of department in Perambalur and Ariyalur to submit proposals for creation of new posts, the budgetary support required to foot the salary, transfer of employees and posting through promotions. In a press release issued here on Sunday, Mr. Nayagam said that the Public and Administration Reforms Department and the Finance Department were preparing a plan to form full-fledged offices for various departments in Ariyalur. The Collector has called for details of the posts to be newly created for each department. The proposals should also include the rental expenditure for the departments to be housed in private buildings.
