Minor raped

A 25-year-old man was arrested on Sunday for allegedly raping a seven-year-old girl of Manikyamba WAMBAY Colony behind Polytechnic. She was raped on Dec 16 but did not reveal it. Her parents, who do washing for a living, were away at the time. As she reported bleeding, they took her to a doctor who confirmed the rape. On a complaint, the five-town police arrested Yesu, said SI Sk. Hussain.
