4 die as lorry overturns

Dharmapuri: Four persons were killed and six others seriously injured when the lorry in which they were travelling overturned at Thoppur Ghat near here on Sunday. The deceased were identified as Pansigh (25) of Chattisgarh, Ayappan (26), Ayyao (27) and Sundaram (47) of Namakkal.

Police said the lorry was going to Namakkal from Bhopal when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The lorry hit the hillocks and overturned. The injured were admitted to the Dharmapuri Government Hospital. The Thoppur police have registered a case and investigations are on.
