Soni is manager for ODIs

Chennai: Vimal Soni has been appointed the Indian cricket team manager for the triangular one-day series in Australia that follows the Test series. He is the vice-president of the Rajasthan Cricket Association.

Soni will take over from Chetan Chauhan who is performing the same role in the Test series.

The tri-nation series, beginning on February 3 next year, features Australia, India and Sri Lanka. — Special Correspondent
