Multimedia campaign in Krishnagiri from January 22 to 31

As many as 30 stalls would be at the exhibition

Krishnagiri: A multimedia campaign highlighting the schemes and activities of the State Government will be held in Coronation grounds from January 22 to 31 Collector Santhosh Babu has said.

Departments

Various departments of the State Government including Information and Publicity, Family Welfare, Arivoli, District Rural Development Agency, Revenue, Education, Small Savings, Social Welfare, Forests, Tourism, TAHDCO, Agriculture, Horticulture and Cooperation will participate in the campaign.

Products made by Self-help groups would also be displayed in the campaign.

Mr. Babu said that as many as 30 stalls would be installed at the exhibition.

Pamphlets

In addition distribution of pamphlets, handbills and screening of cinema slides showcasing the schemes and activities of State Government would also be conducted in all panchayat headquarters as part of the campaign.

Special cultural programmes by various departments will be held on all the 10 days.

Apart from this achievements of the Government will be shown through video in rural areas and free medical and veterinary camps will be conducted during the campaign

Department of Art and Culture and Song and Drama Division would conduct cultural programmes during the campaign. Senior officials were present.
