PUDUCHERRY: Lt Governor Mukut Mithi, Chief Minister N. Rangasamy, Ministers, MPs, MLAs and various party leaders have greeted the people on the occasion of New Year. Lt. Governor Mukut Mithi urged the people to endeavour to make a contribution to society. Chief Minister N.
