NEW DELHI: RAINFALL: Weather was dry over the region.
TEMPERATURE: The minimum temperatures changed little. They were appreciably below normal in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh, below normal in Haryana, west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and norml in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was M03.0°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).
