Quota in private sector sought

Thiruvananthapuram: The Nationalist Dalit Congress, a feeder organisation of the Nationalist Congress Party, on Monday demanded equal opportunities for Backward Classes and Scheduled Castes and tribes in the private sector. In a resolution adopted at its leadership meeting, it urged the government to take the necessary legal steps in this regard. — Special Correspondent
