TUMKUR: Forty-five people were injured when a private bus fell into a ditch after colliding with another bus at Gottigenahalli on Bangalore-Mangalore National Highway in Tumkur district on Monday. The police said the bus was proceeding to Tumkur from Magadi when the accident took place. Doddamma, who was among the injured, was shifted to Bangalore for treatment. – Staff Correspondent
