Indiabulls Fin. pact with Societe Generale

CHENNAI: Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd. (IBFSL) has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU), with Societe Generale Insurance for its upcoming life insurance joint venture. Societe Generale, through its French life insurance company, Sogecap, will own 26 per cent of the future joint venture.
