Indrajit wins main event

HYDERABAD: Dr. G. Sukh Dev and Mr. Baldev Singh’s Indrajit (S. Farokh up ) claimed the R. C. T. C. Trophy (1,200m), the main event of the races held here on Monday (Dec. 31). The winner is trained by D. Netto.

Objection upheld: Originally the order of finish was Indrajit (first), Secret Command (second), Rudolph Valentino (three) and Cheetah (fourth) and Walk In The Park (fifth). But an objection was raised by Pramod Goud rider of Walk In the Park against N. Rawal rider of Secret Command. The objection was that in the last ten metres Rawal came onto Pramod due to which the latter checked his horse badly and lost his place. The objection was upheld and the order was revised as above.
