Sydney: Quashing a media report that said the Indian team management was “infuriated” with batsman Yuvraj Singh’s attitude, manager Chetan Chauhan asked journalists to exercise restraint. The report, published in The Age on Monday, quoted assistant coach Lalchand Rajput saying, “Yes, there’s a problem with Yuvraj’s attitude. We will have a one on one with him in Sydney.” Rajput didn’t express this opinion in the press conference he addressed at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday; the story in The Age led with the Indian’s team displeasure over the “recalcitrant” Yuvraj’s attitude before transitioning into a report on the press conference. No truthChauhan clarified that there was no truth to the story. — Special Correspondent
