ADILABAD: Indal Singh of the Congress won the Bhutai Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency bypoll. He defeated his Telugu Desam Party rival in the elections necessitated because of the death of Durge Ganapati, who died of a heart attack recently. -Staff Reporter
