Eco-rights films fete

KOCHI: Periyar Protection Forum and Tarangam Samskarika Vedi will jointly organise an environmental-human rights film festival here from January 3 to 5. The event is part of the forthcoming meet on protecting the natural ecology of the river. Jacob V. Lazar, programme co-ordinator, said that film-maker Kamal would inaugurate the programme at Changampuzha Park, Edappally, on January 3. – Staff Reporter
