Araria: Five people, including the driver of a private vehicle, were killed when it skidded off the road and fell into a ditch late on Monday night in Bihar’s Araria district, police said on Tuesday. Superintendent of police Binod Kumar told reporters here on Tuesday that the driver lost control over the vehicle while trying to negotiate a pothole in dense fog near Shoranda village. The killed belonged to Palasi village and their bodies have been handed over to their family members, the SP said.
