Commission term extended

NEW DELHI: The Central Government on Tuesday extended the term of the Investment Commission of India headed by Tata Group Chairman Ratan Tata till December 31, 2009. The Commission was initially set up with three-year term in December 2004 to attract domestic and foreign investment in sectors where there is a dire need for funds.
