Bangalore: Murali’s brace (16th and 30th minutes) and Narayanan’s 27th minute effort helped Bangalore Independent defeat Sporting Youth 3-2 in a State ‘C’ division football league match here on Tuesday.

Sridhar and Tirupal scored for Sporting Youth.

In another match, City Club defeated Young Muslims 3-1. G. Arun (2) and Kaushik scored for the victor, while Anup found the mark for Young Muslims. — Principal Correspondent
