Aditya bags seven wickets

Hyderabad: Good bowling by Aditya B. Sagar (seven for 47) helped Karnataka dismiss Punjab for 197 in its first innings against Karnataka on the second day of the Cooch Behar Trophy (under-19) cricket match here on Tuesday. In reply Karnataka had scored 144 for five at close.

The scores:

Punjab 197 (Sharad Lumba 84 n.o., Aditya B. Sagar seven for 47) vs Karnataka 144 for five (Sanjaykumar 72).

Tamil Nadu 102 and 124 for two (Vijayshankar batting 47) vs Baroda 205 (Maitrik Shah 42, Kamran Shaikh 54, Prashanth Verma five for 48). — Special Correspondent
