PUDUCHERRY: The six-member Cabinet headed by Chief Minister N. Rangasamy on Wednesday met for about 15 minutes. Sources preview to the meeting said the cabinet discussed issues pertaining to the setting up of a Government Medical College at Thattanchavady and implementation of various welfare schemes. Emerging from the Chief Minister’s chamber, Education Minister M.O.H.F Shahjahan, Health Minister E. Valsaraj, Social Welfare Minister M. Kandasamy and Tourism Minister Malladi Krishna Rao had a closed door meeting at Industries Minister V. Vaithilingam’s room for around one hour.
